Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (United States) within 7 - 15 days, for deliveries abroad within 10 - 35 days from the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment is agreed upon from the date of the payment instruction).
In the USA we deliver with couriers such as USPS and UPS. You will always receive real-time delivery information. Please make sure to check your patio or porch as SARFIATTI does not take responsibility for parcels delivered to your front door but not further found by you. Once we have the delivery confirmation from the courier company, we do not assume any possible loss of goods.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Further details on payment
The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on the invoice within 14 days.
If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
